So lets break down the I*ONE*ME formula.

The I stands for your Identity. Who you Truly Are. The Soul Within.

The ME stands for you MIND & EMOTIONAL State of Being. aka EGO. The Human Experience. Self-Awareness is KEY into unlocking the harmonization of our MIND BODY & SPIRIT.

Once you are Connected, you become ONE.

To become ONE is no easy TASK! Your going to FAIL! That's a PROMISE. But when you Fail.. what do you do? Who do you Blame? What do you think/say to yourself when things aren't going right? These are important questions that needs answering. Sometimes we need to be in a QUIET place and REFLECT on our thoughts and emotions. Diagnose the current situation and analytically find Soul-utions to our ISSUES. & most of the time our ISSUE is just that.. Is You. Let me explain.. if we have a problem.. we think or react to the issue. We keep thinking or reacting until the problem is solve. A lot of people stop thinking or reacting and accepts the problem as it is. Sometimes we run away. Whatever you do.. that will be the outcome. I Have another simple way of looking at life.. Thru the Lens of my eyes..

Only 2 things exist in this world.. LOVE & FEAR. Many have lost their true Identity and  is now being run by their Ego. An altered Mind & Emotional State of Being. Our State of Mind is defined as the quality of one's consciousness . You will never be happy if you live life from the outside in. So my goal is to change the perspective of our inner thoughts  and emotions, to master them and understand that life is happening for you, not to you. We are meant to live life from the inside out, so first we must get inside and realize what's bringing you down.. its you. Its your personal stories you tell, your fears and apprehensions. Your limited beliefs. The narrative you illustrate that defines your life, will be the experience you will have of life. Once we are able to quiet the Noise and live in that deeper space. You create your own personal road map that your SOUL desires you to move towards. You will discover amazing things but the deepest feeling of knowing that you are connected with everything and everyone around you. This change the game for me. I realize its not just about what I'm creating for me, but as well as the Impact of the Lives around me as well. I moved into a State of Personal Development, Personal Growth, Personal Evolution and also Contribution. I wanted to create something that will benefit others. I wanted to know who I can become to have a wonderful impact, a positive impact on those that I love the most.
